Most recently I needed a service call and they responded the same day and Buddy was able to diagnose the problem and keep our system running. Gideon returned promptly with the part needed and Jr. and Chris installed and corrected the issue. Within just a few minutes he was able to diagnose the faulty fan motor. He was able to explain to me in layman‘s terms exactly what was happening and why, and was able to swap out the fan motor within the hour. It was a great experience. Read MoreThe owner, Cameron, was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly prior to us deciding to go with him. Teresa at the office was wonderful and got us on the schedule immediately. Fabian and his crew that came out showed up on time, were very respectful, kept us in the loop on what they were doing, explained the finished product, and cleaned up after they were done working all day. They were able to fix the issue we had from our builder, a lot of work for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Gideon Heating and Air Conditioning. Read Less

Read MoreFor over a decade with our multiple houses in Surf City and nearby, Gideon has always been friendly, professional, and reliable. If we have a problem with the A/C at our rental, they find a way to get us into the schedule. Our tech today, Daniel, was here on time, got the inspection done, and was careful with our property. He took his shoes off at the door on each trip up the stairs, explained the result of the inspection, and made sure the thermostat was returned to the setting it was on when he arrived. Well done!
